1. 负责人形机器人末端执行器、腕部法兰、作业工装结构改造、迭代优化，解决整机作业干涉、负载、磨损、装配公差等工程问题。 2. 独立完成机器人整机、关节模组的装配、标定、测试工装夹具方案设计、建模出图、BOM输出、DFM优化。 3. 主导工装、末端改制件的试制调试、产线导入、现场问题闭环。 4. 完成结构强度校核、可靠性验证，沉淀标准化设计规范、工艺SOP，持续优化量产适配性。

1. 本科及以上，机械、机电、机器人相关专业，2–5年机器人/自动化结构落地经验。 2. 熟练SolidWorks/Creo/UG，精通机加、钣金、公差配合，能独立完成工装夹具、末端结构从设计到量产全流程。 3. 有人形机器人末端改造、非标夹具量产落地经验优先，具备现场问题排查与工程整改能力。 4. 逻辑清晰、文档规范，可高效跨部门推进项目落地。
