1.学历：全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业优先。 2.经验：5年以上HR专业领域经验，其中至少3年专注于组织发展、岗位管理模块； 有中大型企业岗职体系搭建、岗位价值评估完整项目经验。 3. 项目能力：主导过至少1个以上完整的岗职体系设计项目。在高压力下具备自我驱动与独立闭环能力。
