岗位职责 1. 全面负责公司平台端到端项目管理，统筹项目全生命周期：需求对齐、方案评审、排期规划、风险管控、版本迭代、上线落地、现场交付闭环，保障大型机器人展演等重点项目按期高质量交付。 2. 对接产品、前端、后端、通信软件、测试、硬件、现场工程多团队，拉通跨部门协作，识别项目依赖、资源缺口，推动阻塞问题快速闭环；同步向上输出项目进度、风险、资源诉求周报/专项汇报。 3. 管理多方需求，平衡业务诉求与技术实现，管控需求变更，维护项目范围，输出项目计划、里程碑、风险台账、会议纪要、复盘报告。 4. 跟进平台联调、外场实地测试、现场部署，协调解决群控组网、超视距通信、多机器人协同场景下的各类工程问题，保障现场项目稳定落地。 5. 沉淀项目流程规范，优化平台项目管理机制，推动技术文档、项目资产沉淀，持续提升项目交付效率。 6. 对接业务方与外部合作方，管理项目期望，把控交付质量，做好验收相关工作。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，3‑5年以上软件平台类项目经理经验，有机器人、物联网、实时控制、遥操作、多设备集群项目经验优先。 2. 完整经历过复杂平台从0‑1到落地交付，熟悉软硬件结合项目管理，懂网络通信、集群控制基本概念，能看懂技术方案，可识别技术风险。 3. 极强跨部门协同能力，擅长多任务并行管理，具备大型现场项目/展演类项目经验优先，抗压能力强，可应对紧急上线、现场排障场景。 4. 熟练使用项目管理工具，具备风险预判、问题推动解决能力；具备PMP证书优先。 5. 理解产品、开发、测试工作模式，能够对齐产品经理、技术负责人目标，推动版本按里程碑落地。
