一、岗位定位：负责文娱文旅机器人行业解决方案体系搭建、高端项目售前支撑、标准化套餐沉淀，全权统筹产品与解决方案GTM上市落地、市场推广、销售赋能工作，打通方案输出、产品上市、市场推广、商业落地全闭环，基于业务实战反向牵引产品持续迭代升级。 二、岗位职责 （一）标准化解决方案输出及GTM上市 统筹解决方案体系、产品GTM业务整体战略规划、体系搭建与年度目标落地，覆盖商业商演、文旅景区、沉浸式体验馆、影视IP全业务场景；主导重点场景方案标准化迭代、核心项目售前支撑、GTM落地执行与市场复盘，保障各项业务高效落地、有序运转。 （二）重大项目售前与标杆打造 负责重大高端项目全流程售前支撑，包含客户需求调研、定制化高阶解决方案输出、标书编制、方案宣讲、技术答疑与商务报价；聚焦标杆项目打造，沉淀行业典型案例，提升高端项目签约转化率与品牌行业影响力。 （三）标准化方案与报价体系沉淀 搭建中小项目标准化解决方案套餐、轻量化方案模板与统一报价定价体系，实现中小项目快速出方案、快速报价、快速落地；持续推进解决方案模块化、通用化迭代，降低售前沟通与方案制作成本，提升谈单落地效率。 （四）产品&解决方案GTM全流程落地 全权负责文娱文旅机器人产品及解决方案GTM全生命周期落地，包含上市策略制定、市场定位、核心卖点包装、市场物料输出；落地销售赋能、渠道培训、话术沉淀、合作伙伴支撑、行业展会宣讲与品牌宣发；持续跟踪行业趋势与竞品动态，迭代市场打法与产品方案策略，持续提升产品市场渗透率与行业占有率。 （五）业务复盘与产品迭代牵引 定期复盘售前跟进、GTM市场推广、项目落地全流程痛点与场景化需求，联动产品、研发、内容团队优化产品功能、方案能力与内容体系，持续补齐业务短板，完善商业化业务闭环。

1. 学历专业 本科及以上学历，市场营销、软件工程、文旅管理、传媒、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验 2年及以上ToB解决方案、售前咨询、产品GTM、行业项目操盘经验，项目端到端全盘管理经验，有AI机器人、数字文旅、智慧文娱行业从业经验优先，具备完整的方案体系搭建、产品上市、市场落地操盘能力。 3. 核心能力 精通ToB方案策划、标书制作、商务报价、客户宣讲全流程；熟练掌握科技产品及行业解决方案GTM上市、市场推广、销售赋能核心打法；深度理解文娱文旅各细分场景商业模式与客户需求，具备极强的体系沉淀、跨部门协同与重大项目攻坚能力，目标导向清晰。 4. 加分项 具备文旅央企、头部演艺品牌客户服务经验；拥有AI机器人、数字文旅产品GTM落地、标杆项目打造成功案例；熟悉行业招投标规则与商业化定价逻辑。
