面向工商业及服务业机器人部署项目与具身智能工具链建设，负责从需求分析、系统方案设计、功能拆解到真机验证和标准化沉淀的完整闭环，将算法、软件、硬件与项目经验转化为可复用、可复制、可交付的标准方案。

候选人可结合自身经历选择以下一个方向，并在简历中注明： 1. 工商业及服务业部署方向 2. 具身工具链方向 岗位职责 1. 负责机器人场景需求分析、技术可行性评估、系统架构设计、功能拆解、模块边界及验收标准制定。 2. 推动算法、软件、运控、硬件、测试、产品和交付团队协同，完成开发、集成、真机验证及问题闭环。 3. 识别不同场景与项目的共性需求，将单项目经验沉淀为标准模块、接口规范、配置模板、工具链和标准作业流程。 4. 建立任务成功率、精度、节拍、系统性能、长稳运行和异常恢复等量化指标及验证体系。 5. 输出系统方案、接口文档、部署方案、测试用例、验收标准、使用示例和故障排查说明。 方向一：工商业及服务业部署（出差较多） 方向职责 1. 面向 3C 产品及芯片上下料、PCB 上下料、物流分拣、工业搬运与装配、地铁安检、零售服务等场景，负责系统方案设计和项目落地。 2. 基于已有标准化软硬件架构完成项目适配，并结合客户需求设计新增功能、任务流程、异常恢复和安全降级方案。 3. 完成机器人本体、机械臂、移动底盘、视觉系统、末端执行器、PLC、生产设备及其他外设的通信协议和字段定义，并对接客户方调度系统。 4. 负责识别、定位、导航、抓取、搬运、分拣、装配、检测、交互和任务调度等能力的集成设计。 5. 组织技术风险验证、软硬件集成、现场联调和客户验收，解决定位偏差、抓取失败、设备超时、通信中断、任务卡死及多设备协同等问题。 6. 推动标准方案在不同项目间复用，并将部署项目的共性统一迭代为标准化工商业部署方案，持续降低后续适配和交付成本。 方向要求 1. 具备 3 年以上机器人、自动化产线、智能制造、物流自动化、服务机器人或复杂软硬件系统集成经验，5 年以上优先。 2. 至少具备一个相关场景的完整项目经验，能够独立完成需求澄清、方案设计、系统集成、问题闭环和交付验收。 3. 具备全局软硬件架构设计能力，能够完成系统边界、设备选型、接口协议、任务流程、异常恢复和安全策略设计。 4. 熟练使用 C++ 和 Python，熟悉 Linux、Git、Shell、Docker、网络通信和日志分析。 5. 熟悉机械臂、移动底盘、相机、末端执行器、PLC 或工业设备中的多类设备，理解坐标系、标定、规划控制及通信机制。 6. 具备客户沟通、跨团队协同和项目推进能力，可接受必要的项目现场支持与出差。 方向加分项 - 具备机器人硬件、嵌入式软件、末端执行器、夹指结构或机电一体化系统的设计、开发、选型及测试验证经验。 - 有多项目标准化复制、0–1 场景验证或 1–N 规模化落地经验。 - 熟悉 ROS2、DDS、MoveIt、Nav2、OpenCV、PCL 或常用工业通信协议。 - 有自动化测试、长稳测试、故障诊断或现场运维工具开发经验。

方向二：具身工具链（出差较少） 方向职责 1. 负责机器人流程编排工具链，以及 RL、CV 感知和 VLA 工具链的方案及系统架构设计。 2. 负责 Taskflow 的任务建模、节点抽象、技能编排、状态流转、异常处理、调试监控、结果回传等完整能力设计。 3. 负责 RL/VLA 的数据采集、遥操作录制、动作回放、数据清洗、训练配置、评测、模型导出、端侧部署和推理验证链路。 4. 负责 CV 感知工具链的数据管理、标注、训练、评测、模型转换、服务部署、效果分析和失败样本回流的方案设计。 5. 从内部部署项目中抽象共性需求，将一次性脚本和流程沉淀为标准化 CLI、SDK、服务、模板、示例及标准作业流程。 6. 建立工具链的配置管理、权限控制、可观测性、版本兼容、失败恢复和自动化回归机制。 7. 支持二次开发伙伴和外部用户基于工具链完成 1–N 场景落地，并根据实际使用反馈持续迭代。 方向要求 1. 具备 3 年以上算法平台、机器人平台、AI 工具链或复杂开发者工具建设经验，5 年以上优先。 2. 在强化学习、CV 感知、VLA/VLM 中至少具备一个方向的算法开发经验，理解数据、训练、评测、部署和推理全流程。 3. 具备工具链产品抽象能力，能够将不同算法与项目需求转化为统一的数据模型、工作流、接口协议及产品能力。 4. 熟练使用 Python，具备 C++ 开发能力；熟悉 Linux、Shell、Git、Docker、网络通信及自动化测试。 5. 熟悉工作流引擎、任务调度、状态管理、插件机制、配置管理、版本管理和可观测性设计。 6. 具备完整的软件系统架构能力，能够兼顾易用性、扩展性、稳定性、兼容性和部署维护成本。 方向加分项 - 有具身 RL、模仿学习、遥操作采集、动作回放、VLA 模型或机器人数据闭环平台经验。 - 有 ONNX、TensorRT、RKNN、OpenVINO、模型量化或异构计算平台部署经验。 - 有开发者平台、开源工具链或面向外部客户的 SDK/CLI 产品建设经验。 - 有工具链赋能二次开发伙伴或外部客户完成规模化落地的经验。 任职要求 1. 硕士研究生学历优先，机器人、自动化、控制、计算机、人工智能、电子信息、机械电子或软件工程等相关专业；具备突出项目成果和工程能力的优秀本科生可适当放宽。 2. 具备系统性思维，能够在算法效果、工程可行性、稳定性、交付周期和长期维护成本之间做出合理权衡。 3. 具备良好的系统抽象和架构设计能力，能够将业务需求转化为模块边界、任务流程、接口协议、配置方案及验收标准。 4. 具备较强的问题分析和闭环能力，能够基于日志、数据和可复现用例定位跨算法、软件和硬件的问题。 5. 具备良好的方案和文档输出能力，能够独立编写架构设计、接口定义、部署验证及验收材料。 6. 具备良好的沟通与项目推动能力，能够协调算法、软件、硬件、测试、产品、交付及客户团队完成目标。
