The posting

1. 负责公司计划域（MRP物料需求计划）与运输域（TMS运输管理系统）的数字化蓝图规划与产品建设，覆盖从需求预测、MRP计算、采购指令到国内运输、出海关务、三级仓网及成品交付的全链路。 2. 主导MRP计划平台从0到1的建设，实现EBOM/MBOM驱动的净需求计算、设计变更重算、替代料推荐、齐套检查（含缺料预警）及采购申请自动下发。 3. 主导TMS运输管理系统建设，重点覆盖： - 国内运输需求管理：运输需求收集、承运商调度、在途可视化及运费结算； - 出海关务管理：报关单证、清关状态跟踪、进出口合规协同； - 三级仓网管理：中心仓→区域仓→前置仓的库存调拨、补货策略及交付时效管控。 4. 建立物料齐套率、订单准时交付率（OTD）、库存周转天数、清关时效、仓网库存健康度等核心效能度量指标，推动跨部门采纳新的数字化工作方式。

1. 5年以上制造业供应链数字化产品经验，其中至少2年专注于机器人、新能源汽车、消费电子或高端装备领域。 2. 熟悉离散制造MRP计算逻辑（净需求、提前期、替代料）。 3. 熟悉TMS相关业务场景，包括国内运输调度、出海关务流程、多级仓网（中心仓/区域仓/前置仓）的库存与调拨管理。 4. 具有与ERP、OMS、WMS、TMS、关务系统等数据对接的实际经验。 5. 具备跨部门协同能力，能有效推动计划、采购、物流、关务、仓储及供应商等多方共识。 6. 加分项：从0到1搭建过MRP或TMS系统；熟悉VMI、JIT等供应链模式；了解进出口合规要求。
