1. 生态活动策划：策划面对不同开发者群体的线上/线下技术沙龙、赛事等活动，扩大技术影响力；

2. 技术内容策划：策划并产出案例白皮书、开发指南文档及视频教程，降低开发者使用门槛；

3. 开发者合作开发赋能：对接科研院校、企业开发者圈层，以构建繁荣技术生态为目标，为赛事/培训活动、生态伙伴技术合作以及场景应用落地提供技术支持；收集并反馈开发者需求，协同产品技术团队优化中间件/SDK/工具链等产品，驱动提升开发者体验。

1. 计算机、软件、电子相关专业本科/硕士，5年以上工作经验；

2. 3年以上开发经验，熟悉 C++、Linux、网络通信等技术；有Cyber RT、ROS等自动驾驶/机器人平台框架经验优先；参与过开源项目经验优先；

3. 1年以上技术布道/开发者关系/解决方案经验，有赛事活动、内容筹划等经验优先；

4. 熟练使用Markdown等工具生产标准化技术文档，有系列课程制作、线下培训讲座等经验优先；
