  • 将成熟的 UIUX 方法与数字产品经验，迁移应用到具身智能、多模态交互、机器人屏幕界面及配套软件等新型场景中 ，快速建立信息结构、交互逻辑与整体方案框架，推动课题从模糊走向清晰
  • 快速将概念转化为可体感、可验证的设计原型
  • 组织用户测试与原型验证，从反馈中提炼核心结论，定位关键体验要素，并推动后续产品设计决策
  • 拥有 5 年及以上 UIUX / 数字产品设计经验，具备系统化设计能力（如信息架构、Design System、交互框架等） ，能覆盖主流数字产品场景（App / Web / 智能硬件等）
  • 具备良好的产品思维与用户体验判断力，能够在真实开发流程中独立承担设计工作，并推进落地
  • 具备从 0 到 1 的实践经验，能在开放性问题中拆解路径并推动方案落地，通过原型或实验验证关键体验，并对产品决策产生实际影响
  • 具备将设计方案转化为可体感、可验证的设计原型能力
  • 交互设计、计算机科学、工业设计、视觉传达或相关专业，全日制本科以上学历
