职位描述 ： 1. 失效分析主责：对关节模组在研发测试、可靠性试验、量产及客户返修中出现的机械失效件（减速器、齿轮、轴承、轴类、壳体等）进行根因分析，出具失效分析报告，推动改进闭环。 2. 设计前置介入：参与新项目方案评审与DFMEA，从失效预防角度提出设计/材料/热处理/工艺建议，配合完成关键零件的寿命校核。 3. 可靠性测试策划：结合整机工况设计关节模组的加速寿命测试方案，制定加速因子模型与测试判据，分析测试数据并定位短板。 4. 案例库与知识沉淀：建立并维护关节模组失效案例库与设计禁忌清单，向设计、工艺团队输出方法论与培训。 5. 外部资源管理：对接外部失效分析实验室（金相、SEM/EDS、材料分析等），必要时组织联合分析与供应商溯源。

职位要求： 1. 硕士及以上，机械工程、材料科学与工程、机械设计、固体力学、车辆工程等相关专业； 2. 5年以上精密传动/减速器/轴承/齿轮箱相关工作经验，其中至少3年以失效分析为主要职责 3. 熟悉金属材料的失效机理，能独立进行断口分析（宏观形貌判断疲劳源、裂纹扩展区、瞬断区；微观特征如疲劳辉纹、韧窝、沿晶/穿晶断裂等）； 4. 熟悉齿轮、轴承、轴类零件的典型失效模式与判据（如ISO 10825齿轮失效模式、ISO 15243轴承失效模式）； 5. 熟悉材料热处理、表面处理工艺对零件失效的影响； 6. 掌握常用的疲劳寿命计算方法（S-N、Miner线性累积损伤、Goodman/Haigh图等），能配合设计进行寿命评估； 7. 熟练使用金相显微镜、硬度计等基础分析设备，能读懂SEM/EDS报告； 加分项： - 有谐波减速器、RV减速器失效分析经验者优先； - 有机器人、伺服电机、精密传动行业背景者优先； - 熟悉有限元疲劳/接触仿真，能做失效复现者优先； - 了解润滑与摩擦学（脂的选型与失效、边界/混合润滑）者优先。
