  • 负责公司产品未来形态探索、设计语言迭代，具备独立完成提案的能力，输出高质量概念草图、效果图，主导概念设计从创意到原型落地的全流程推进。
  • 主导重大设计项目攻坚，持续赋能团队，带动团队设计师提升创新思维与前瞻视野。
  • 5年及以上工业设计从业经验，具备丰富的前瞻概念设计、未来产品创新研发经验，有头部科技企业、高端制造行业前瞻设计项目经验者优先，能够独立主导大型创新概念设计项目。
  • 精通造型设计、CMF创新应用、人机工程学、设计趋势洞察，熟练使用2D、3D设计软件。
  • 具备良好的团队赋能与协作能力，具备项目统筹思维，能够高效推进项目落地。
  • 本科及以上学历，工业设计、产品设计、概念设计等相关专业，扎实的工业设计专业功底，具备优秀的审美与创新思维。
