岗位职责 1.负责机器人相关产品的 UX/UI设计，包括移动端 APP 与桌面或web软件平台/官网的整体体验设计、界面设计与交互动效优化。 2.参与机器人 表情动画系统与交互表现设计，结合机器人硬件特性、情感表达和交互场景，设计具有表现力与一致性的视觉交互方案。 3.结合用户需求、业务目标与技术可行性，输出高质量的设计方案，与产品经理、开发、算法、测试等团队紧密配合，推进设计方案落地，跟进上线效果并持续优化用户体验。 4.关注行业趋势，研究人机交互、机器人交互、智能硬件体验等方向，为产品创新提供设计支持。 5.业务需要的其他设计工作。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，视觉传达、交互设计、工业设计、数字媒体等相关专业优先。 2.3年以上 UI/UX设计相关工作经验，有 APP、平台类产品或智能硬件产品设计经验者优先。 3.具备扎实的用户体验设计能力，能够独立完成从需求理解、信息架构、交互设计到视觉设计的完整工作流程。 4.对多端设计有较强理解，能够兼顾移动端、桌面端、大屏/控制端等不同场景的体验一致性。 对 机器人交互、智能硬件、人机交互、动态反馈、情绪化表达有兴趣或相关经验者优先。 5.具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够推动跨团队合作，高效支持项目落地。
