Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreue unsere Partnerhändler persönlich, empathisch und lösungsorientiert per Telefon und E-Mail.
  • Schule neue und bestehende Händler im sicheren Umgang mit unserem esyoil-Partnerkonto.
  • Analysiere Händleraccounts proaktiv und identifiziere Potenziale zur Optimierung von Sichtbarkeit und Vertriebserfolg.
  • Agiere als wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen unseren Partnern und der internen Plattformentwicklung.

Dein Profil

  • Das bringst du mit:Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung. Sicheres, verbindliches und rhetorisch gewandtes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt. Solides Grundverständnis für E-Commerce, Online-Marktplätze und digitale Prozesse. Hohe Serviceorientierung und Freude am Erklären technischer Abläufe.
  • Das wäre ein Plus (Nice to have):Erste Erfahrungen oder Branchenkenntnisse im Heizöl- oder Brennstoffhandel (keine Voraussetzung!).
