Ab sofort suchen wir eine*n kommunikationsstarken Werkstudent*in (m/w/d) für unser Support-Team im B2C- und B2B-Bereich vor Ort in Lüneburg.

Über uns: Bereits seit über 20 Jahren betreiben wir erfolgreich das marktführende Heizöl-Preisvergleichsportal esyoil.com und eine dazugehörige App. Unsere Mission ist es, sinnhafte Marktplätze für die digitale Gegenwart selbst zu entwickeln und zu betreiben. Unsere aktuellen Projekte sind pedali.de (ein Marktplatz für Fahrräder) und blinkerbox.de (ein Marktplatz für Angelbedarf).

Deine Aufgaben im Team:

  • Unterstützung von Kunden und Händlern via Telefon und E-Mail
  • Qualifizierung von Kunden im Umgang mit digitalen Vertriebsabläufen
  • Qualifizierung von Händlern in der Marktplatzsteuerung
  • Teilnahme an der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Studi-Kolleg*innen
  • Zusätzliche Aufgaben für unsere anderen Projekte

Dein Profil

Dein Profil (Folgendes bringst du mit):

  • Du bist Student*in
  • Du verfügst über gute/sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
  • Du bringst ein gewisses betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis mit
  • Die Arbeit am PC und der Umgang mit digitalen Tools fallen dir leicht
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du bist zuverlässig und kannst selbstständig arbeiten
