Vi söker nu, på uppdrag av vår kund, en engagerad och driven verksamhetschef till en privat vårdverksamhet i Norra Stockholm.

Det här är en spännande möjlighet för dig som vill kombinera patientnära arbete med ett övergripande ansvar för verksamhetens utveckling. Rollen innebär cirka 80 % kliniskt arbete och 20 % administrativa uppgifter kopplade till verksamhetschefsrollen.

Du får en viktig roll i att vidareutveckla verksamheten, skapa goda förutsättningar för medarbetarna och säkerställa en fortsatt hög kvalitet i patientvården.

Tjänsten avser en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Sex månaders provanställning tillämpas.

Om tjänsten

Som kliniskt arbetande verksamhetschef ansvarar du för att leda och utveckla verksamheten, samtidigt som du fortsätter att arbeta kliniskt och möta patienter i det dagliga arbetet.

Tyngdpunkten ligger på det kliniska arbetet, som omfattar cirka 80 % av tjänsten. Resterande 20 % ägnas åt administrativa arbetsuppgifter, ledning och verksamhetsutveckling.

Du arbetar nära medarbetarna och har en viktig roll i att identifiera utvecklingsmöjligheter, driva förbättringsarbete och skapa en välfungerande verksamhet med fokus på kvalitet, tillgänglighet och patientsäkerhet.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

  • Arbeta kliniskt och ansvara för patientnära vård, cirka 80 % av tjänsten.
  • Ansvara för verksamhetens administrativa och övergripande ledningsuppgifter, cirka 20 % av tjänsten.
  • Driva och utveckla verksamheten framåt med fokus på kvalitet och effektivitet.
  • Identifiera förbättringsområden och initiera verksamhetsutvecklande insatser.
  • Säkerställa goda rutiner för kvalitet och patientsäkerhet.
  • Skapa engagemang och goda förutsättningar för medarbetarna.
  • Bidra till verksamhetens långsiktiga utveckling och fortsatta framgång.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Är legitimerad läkare.
  • Har relevant klinisk erfarenhet.
  • Har erfarenhet av ledarskap eller verksamhetsansvar, vilket är meriterande.
  • Har intresse för verksamhetsutveckling och vill vara med och driva en verksamhet framåt.
  • Har god förståelse för kvalitets- och patientsäkerhetsarbete.
  • Är en trygg, tydlig och kommunikativ ledare.
  • Är initiativtagande, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad.
  • Har god samarbetsförmåga och ett professionellt bemötande.
  • Har goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift.
