Als Werfleider binnen het weekend- en nachtregime sta je in voor de organisatie, coördinatie en opvolging van infrastructuurwerken die buiten de gebruikelijke werkuren worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt in een voltijds, flexibel uurrooster waarbij de werkzaamheden voornamelijk 's nachts of tijdens het weekend plaatsvinden. Hierdoor ben je overdag tijdens de week vrij.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je coördineert en volgt infrastructuurwerven op die plaatsvinden tijdens nacht- en weekenduren.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met interne diensten, onderaannemers en externe partners.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van de werken met aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning.
  • Je anticipeert op onverwachte situaties en zoekt efficiënt naar technische oplossingen.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een geldig VCA-attest.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Je communiceert vlot en beschikt over sterke sociale vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt doelgericht, georganiseerd en met oog voor detail.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet efficiënt om te gaan met uitdagingen.
