Jobomschrijving

Hoe zorg jij ervoor dat een werf blijft vooruitgaan?

  • Als werfleider neem je de dagelijkse leiding op van een of meerdere werven in Brussel en zorg je dat de uitvoering veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verloopt.
  • De organisatie, coördinatie en controle van de werkzaamheden liggen in jouw handen: je brengt mensen, materiaal, onderaannemers en timing samen in één werkbare aanpak.
  • Je volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op, herkent knelpunten vroeg en stuurt bij wanneer de planning, kwaliteit of het rendement daarom vraagt.
  • Van overleg met de bouwheer en architect tot afstemming met leveranciers en onderaannemers: jij houdt de communicatielijnen helder en voorkomt dat belangrijke informatie blijft liggen.
  • In samenwerking met interne expertise rond onder meer infrastructuur, betonbouw, service en aankoop maak je praktische oplossingen mogelijk op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafspraken en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering ook op lange termijn haar waarde behoudt.
  • Als centrale bouwcoördinator rapporteer je over de voortgang en resultaten aan de projectleider, terwijl je tegelijk voldoende autonomie krijgt om zelf beslissingen te nemen.

Werk jij graag zelfstandig en resultaatgericht? en anticipeer jij liever op uitdagingen dan dat je ze afwacht?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor bouw of een master in de bouwkunde.
  • Na 3 tot 5 jaar als werfleider in een gelijkaardige omgeving sta jij sterk in je schoenen om de teams te leiden.
  • vergelijkbare werf- of uitvoeringsrol.
  • Een geldig VCA VOL-attest is vereist, zodat je veiligheidsrisico’s niet alleen herkent, maar ook op een duidelijke en consequente manier mee beheerst.
  • Je combineert technische kennis met organisatietalent: plannen opvolgen, prioriteiten bepalen en tijdig bijsturen geven je energie wanneer een werf volop beweegt.
  • Heldere communicatie en sociale vaardigheid zijn belangrijk, omdat je dagelijks schakelt tussen bouwheer, ontwerpers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne collega’s.
  • Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en proactieve werkstijl helpt je om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen, vooruit te denken en samen met anderen tot een sterk resultaat te komen.
