Functie

  • Coördinatie en uitvoering van het administratieve luik binnen de planning.
  • Dagelijkse verwerking van ritbladen (prefacturatie) en prestatiebonnen (verloning chauffeurs) met oog voor detail en correctheid.
  • Verwerking van opdrachten in intern systeem en koppeling aan chauffeurs met correcte starturen.
  • Opmaak en afhandeling van werkbonnen voor chauffeurs.
  • Ondersteuning van planners bij o.a. offertes, mailboxbeheer, vergunningen uitzonderlijk transport en opvolging rollend materieel.
  • Bewaken van het globale overzicht binnen de planning zodoende taken op een correcte manier af te handelen.
  • Groeien naar een rol met back-up verantwoordelijkheid bij afwezigheid van planners.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met de planners transport.

Profiel

  • Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, aangevuld met relevante ervaring als troef
  • Sterke teamplayer met hands-on mentaliteit, betrokken bij de groei van de organisatie.
  • Gedreven, positief ingesteld en resultaatgericht, met proactieve houding en zin voor initiatief.
  • Uitgesproken interesse in planning en de transportsector.
  • Sterk in administratie, nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en accuraat, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit.
  • Analytisch en logisch denkvermogen gecombineerd met planmatig en organisatorisch inzicht.
  • Praktisch, oplossingsgericht en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Assertief, leergierig en betrokken, met goede kennis van Excel.
  • Vlot Nederlandstalig met een basiskennis Frans voor communicatie met Franstalige chauffeurs.
