Als administratief bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten, de administratie en de interne werking van het bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen vlot verlopen en klanten op een professionele manier geholpen worden.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je verzorgt de eerstelijnstelefonie en staat klanten vriendelijk te woord.
  • Je neemt bestellingen op en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je behandelt klachten op een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte manier.
  • Je informeert klanten over de actuele promoties en stelt deze actief voor.
  • Je verwerkt gegevens in het ERP-systeem en leert werken met specifieke product- en bestelcodes.
  • Je ondersteunt het team bij diverse administratieve taken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen en durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheden.

Je krijgt een grondige opleiding, zodat je de producten, systemen en interne werking goed leert kennen.

We zoeken vooral iemand die klantgericht, praktisch ingesteld en administratief sterk is.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een goede administratieve basis en bent vlot met de computer.
  • Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is belangrijk.
  • Ervaring in de vlees- of voedingssector is een grote troef.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, communicatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en durft je ook in het Frans uit te drukken.
