Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming met meer dan 45 jaar expertise in verpakkingsmachines, weegtoestellen, technische service en spare parts voor de voedingssector, zoeken we een Commercieel Bediende Binnendienst met doorgroeipotentieel naar Hoofd Binnendienst.

Als spilfiguur binnen de organisatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de binnendienst. Je beheert aankoop, verkoop, logistiek, administratie en facturatie van A tot Z.

Aankoop

  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes
  • Bestellen van technische onderdelen en wisselstukken
  • Aanmaken van artikelen in het ERP-systeem
  • Controle van ontvangen goederen
  • Nazicht van aankoopfacturen
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen voor de financiële verantwoordelijke

Verkoop & Klantenservice

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
  • Prijscalculaties uitvoeren
  • Commerciële onderhandelingen voeren
  • Klanten informeren over levertermijnen
  • Professionele klantenservice bieden

Logistiek & Transportplanning

  • Ontvangst en controle van leveringen
  • Organiseren van dagelijkse verzendingen
  • Opvolgen van leveringen bij klanten
  • Transporten plannen en coördineren
  • Vergelijken van transporttarieven

Stockbeheer & Magazijn

  • Beheer van technische wisselstukken
  • Wekelijkse voorraadcontrole
  • Correct registreren van stockbewegingen
  • Aanvullen en labelen van onderdelen

Boekhouding & Facturatie

  • Inboeken van aankoopfacturen
  • Opstellen van verkoopfacturen
  • Voorbereiden van betalingen
  • Opvolgen van betalingsverkeer
  • Voorbereiden van btw-documenten voor de externe boekhouder

Administratie

  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning
  • Opvolging van interne processen
  • Meedenken over digitalisering en optimalisatie
  • Ondersteunen van de verdere groei van de organisatie
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring binnen een technische, administratieve of commerciële functie
  • Ervaring binnen aankoop, logistiek of binnendienst is een sterke troef
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans en Engels
  • Uitstekende kennis MS Office en ervaring met ERP systemen.
  • Je hebt interesse in techniek, machines of industriële processen
  • Je neemt initiatief, bent organisatorisch sterk en klantgericht ingesteld
