The posting

Voor een groothandel gespecialiseerd in de HORECA-sector zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek Verantwoordelijke die de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten op het terrein in goede banen leidt. Je coördineert de goederenstromen, stuurt medewerkers en chauffeurs aan en waakt over een efficiënte, veilige en correcte werking van het magazijn.

Je combineert een hands-on aanpak met organisatorisch inzicht en weet het team op een motiverende manier aan te sturen.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je coördineert en volgt de dagelijkse logistieke activiteiten op het terrein op.
  • Je beheert de inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen, van ontvangst en opslag tot orderpicking en verzending.
  • Je stuurt magazijnmedewerkers en chauffeurs aan, motiveert hen en volgt hun werkzaamheden op.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van de veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften, waaronder HACCP.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van logistieke processen en werkmethodes.
  • Je staat in voor het voorraadbeheer en voert regelmatig stockcontroles uit.
  • Je grijpt in bij operationele problemen en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de afdelingen aankoop, verkoop en transportplanning.
  • Je rapporteert aan de operations manager.

Vereisten

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke functie, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector of een HORECA-groothandel.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en leidinggevende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent hands-on, stressbestendig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van magazijnbeheer en logistieke processen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met IT-systemen; kennis van WMS- en ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Kennis van HACCP is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
