The posting

  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke werking en zorgt voor efficiënt, veilig en tijdig uitgevoerd containertransport.
  • Je stuurt het planningsteam aan, coacht collega’s en bewaakt een vlotte samenwerking.
  • Je volgt transporten, chauffeurs en charters op en ziet toe op de kwaliteit en naleving van afspraken.
  • Je analyseert KPI’s zoals omzet, hergebruik en lege kilometers en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en procedures om efficiëntie, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit te verbeteren.
  • Je volgt rapporteringen en operationele prestaties op en zet verbeteracties op.
  • Je lost operationele problemen en klachten op in overleg met klanten, chauffeurs en collega’s.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van charters en materieel, waaronder chassis.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratie en naleving van interne procedures en transportvoorschriften.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling en verbetering van onze logistieke werking.

• Je hebt relevante ervaring in transport of logistiek. Ervaring met containertransport en/of internationale transportplanning is een belangrijke troef.

• Je hebt organisatorisch talent, houdt overzicht en weet prioriteiten te stellen, ook wanneer de planning of omstandigheden snel veranderen.

• Je neemt initiatief, denkt analytisch en probleemoplossend en zoekt niet alleen oplossingen voor incidenten, maar ook manieren om herhaling te voorkomen.

• Je kan medewerkers begeleiden en motiveren, duidelijke afspraken maken en op een constructieve manier feedback geven. Ervaring met het aansturen van een team is een pluspunt.

• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, bent klantgericht en werkt goed samen met collega’s, chauffeurs, klanten en externe transportpartners.

• Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt oog voor efficiëntie, kwaliteit, kosten en rendabiliteit.

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief gestructureerd en kan vlot overweg met ERP-systemen en digitale toepassingen. Kennis van Qargo, Excel, Power BI of SharePoint is een pluspunt.

• Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed. Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een meerwaarde.

• Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische, internationale omgeving en blijft rustig en besluitvaardig wanneer er onder druk moet worden gewerkt.
