The posting

In deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige productieorganisatie. Je stuurt 4 coördinatoren aan en bent indirect verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 90 medewerkers.

Je bent geen manager die vooral vanop afstand opvolgt. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, weet wat er leeft en maakt samen met je team werk van een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve productie.

Je krijgt bovendien de ruimte om mee te denken over de toekomst: processen verbeteren, mensen laten groeien en samen bouwen aan een productieorganisatie die klaar is voor verdere groei.

Jouw rol in een notendop

  • Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid over de dagelijkse productie.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede afstemming van planning, capaciteit en middelen.
  • Je volgt resultaten en KPI's op en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's van kwaliteit, logistiek, onderhoud en sales.
  • Je ziet opportuniteiten om processen slimmer, efficiënter en veiliger te maken.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt de 4 coördinatoren in hun leiderschapsrol.
  • Je zorgt voor een werkomgeving waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid vanzelfsprekend zijn.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.

Kortom: je houdt de productie vandaag draaiende én bouwt mee aan de productie van morgen.

We zoeken geen manager die alleen goed is in cijfers of planning. We zoeken een echte peoplemanager die mensen en resultaten kan verbinden.

Dit breng je mee:

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingssector is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent een coachende leider die mensen weet te motiveren en verantwoordelijkheid durft te geven.
  • Je bent hands-on en voelt je comfortabel op de werkvloer.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer de planning of productie onder druk komt te staan.
  • Je combineert een praktische aanpak met een analytische en organisatorische blik.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op kwaliteit en (voedsel)veiligheid.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen, knopen door te hakken en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren.
