Productiemanager – Regio Zaanstreek

Na ruim 35 jaar draagt de huidige Productiemanager het stokje over vanwege zijn pensioen. Een mooie kans voor een ervaren leider die energie krijgt van een dynamische productieomgeving en impact wil maken binnen een organisatie met een rijke historie in de Zaanstreek.

Met jouw leiderschap, kennis van procestechniek en vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in verandering, zorg jij voor continuïteit en verdere professionalisering van de productieorganisatie.

De functie

Binnen deze productielocatie wordt gewerkt in een 5-ploegensysteem met een hoog productietempo. Als Productiemanager geef je direct leiding aan meerdere Teamleiders en ben je indirect verantwoordelijk voor een grote groep medewerkers op de werkvloer.

Je maakt onderdeel uit van het Site Management Team en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de plant, de mensen en de processen.

De organisatie is actief binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en combineert een rijke historie met ambitieuze groeiplannen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van de productieorganisatie
  • Creëren van structuur, rust en duidelijkheid binnen de operatie
  • Initiëren en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten binnen productieprocessen
  • Verantwoordelijk voor output, kwaliteit, personeelsbezetting en kostenbeheersing
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en doorvoeren van procesoptimalisaties
  • Actief bijdragen aan professionalisering en cultuurontwikkeling
  • Intensief samenwerken met afdelingen zoals Maintenance, Quality en Planning
  • Adviseren van Plant Management op het gebied van performance en teamontwikkeling

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een stevige en mensgerichte leider met ervaring binnen een complexe productieomgeving. Je weet hoe je teams motiveert, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen operationeel en tactisch niveau en behoudt overzicht onder druk.

Daarnaast beschik je over kennis van procestechniek en ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Heb je zelf ooit als Operator gewerkt? Dan is dat zeker een pré, omdat je de dynamiek van de werkvloer begrijpt.

Verder neem je mee:

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie, bij voorkeur food of FMCG
  • Kennis van LEAN en continuous improvement
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere operationele teams
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een duidelijke manier van leidinggeven
  • Het vermogen om veranderingen succesvol door te voeren en draagvlak te creëren
