Als System Sales Coördinator vorm je de brug tussen klanten, sales en engineering. Je helpt klanten de juiste oplossing te vinden, ondersteunt commerciële trajecten en begeleidt softwareprojecten van het eerste contact tot de succesvolle implementatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je coördineert klant- en softwareprojecten van A tot Z en bewaakt de planning, afspraken en deadlines.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een professionele en duidelijke communicatie.
  • Je vertaalt complexe technische informatie naar heldere en overtuigende uitleg voor klanten en collega's.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam tijdens klantgesprekken en helpt systeem- en softwareoplossingen op een sterke manier te presenteren.
  • Je neemt initiatief in commerciële trajecten en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met het salesteam.
  • Je brengt klantbehoeften, commerciële mogelijkheden en technische oplossingen samen.
  • Je stemt de uitvoering van projecten af met sales, service en engineering.
  • Je deelt kennis over nieuwe systemen en oplossingen met interne teams.
  • Je ondersteunt marketingactiviteiten en initiatieven om klanten kennis te laten maken met de oplossingen.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Bedrijfsmanagement, Toegepaste Informatica, Organisatie & Management, Handelswetenschappen of een vergelijkbare richting. Ook met een andere opleiding en relevante ervaring in software-, systeem- of projectomgevingen kom je in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële, coördinerende of projectgerichte functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet klanten en collega's enthousiast te maken voor technische oplossingen.
  • Je hebt interesse in software, systemen en innovatieve technologieën.
  • Je kunt complexe informatie op een begrijpelijke en overtuigende manier overbrengen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, volgt afspraken nauwkeurig op en houdt projecten onder controle.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je goed in een veelzijdige functie met verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
