Als System Sales Coördinator vervul je een veelzijdige rol waarin communicatie, organisatie en commercieel inzicht centraal staan. Je maakt deel uit van een gedreven team dat zich focust op business development: van klantencontact en sales support tot de coördinatie en opvolging van softwareprojecten.

Met jouw commerciële flair en sterk organisatorisch vermogen ondersteun je het salesteam en neem je initiatief om de verkoop van systemen verder uit te bouwen. Daarnaast bewaak je intern de voortgang van softwareprojecten en zorg je voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, sales en engineering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen. Van het eerste contactmoment tot een succesvolle implementatie bij de klant.

  • Klant- en softwareprojecten actief begeleiden en opvolgen. waarbij je overzicht houdt over acties, afspraken en deadlines.
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten en zorgen voor heldere, vlotte communicatie.
  • Technische informatie vertalen naar begrijpbare en aantrekkelijke content voor klanten en collega’s.
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan het salesteam tijdens commerciële gesprekken en daarbij de mogelijke oplossingen sterk positioneren.
  • Salestrajecten initiëren en mee begeleiden in overleg met het salesteam.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met service en engineering om kennis over nieuwe systemen efficiënt te delen binnen de organisatie.
  • Structuur en overzicht bewaren en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van acties en afspraken.
  • Bijdragen aan marketing- en klanteninitiatieven rond onze systeemoplossingen.

Als System Sales Coördinator herken je je in onderstaande:

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma Bedrijfsmanagement, Toegepaste informatica, Organisatie & Management, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Heb je relevante ervaring in software-, systeem- of projectmanagement, dan horen we ook graag van je!
  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële, coördinerende en/of projectmatige functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt, geen must.
  • Je kan complexe of technische materie eenvoudig, helder en overtuigend uitleggen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Interesse in software en systemen is vanzelfsprekend.
  • Microsoft Office kent voor jou weinig geheimen en je werkt er vlot mee.
  • Projecten pak je gestructureerd aan, met oog voor opvolging, kwaliteit en het naleven van afspraken.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt doelgericht.
  • Zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig voel je je helemaal in je element.
