The posting

Als Technical Trainer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het delen van technische kennis en het begeleiden van techniekers, service support en externe partners. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij hun technische vaardigheden verder kunnen ontwikkelen en op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen.

Taken:

  • Je geeft technische opleidingen aan techniekers, service support en externe partners.
  • Je bouwt trainingsmachines op en bereidt het nodige opleidingsmateriaal voor.
  • Je ondersteunt techniekers bij complexe storingen en diagnoses, zowel telefonisch als ter plaatse.
  • Je houdt technische informatie actueel en communiceert updates en technische wijzigingen naar het team.
  • Je werkt samen met fabrikanten om je technische kennis up-to-date te houden en nieuwe producten te leren kennen.
  • Je vertaalt complexe technische informatie naar duidelijke en begrijpelijke uitleg.
  • Je helpt collega's om hun technische kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld automechanica of een gelijkaardige richting, of je hebt ruime ervaring als technieker of technisch expert.
  • Een specifiek diploma is niet noodzakelijk wanneer je voldoende technische ervaring hebt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan complexe technische informatie eenvoudig uitleggen.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent klant- en servicegericht, flexibel en empathisch.
  • Je hebt een goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
