Over de organisatie Hays zoekt technisch trainer voor een sterk, internationaal bedrijf uit Waregem. Je versterkt een team van trainers dat zowel interne collega's als externe klanten voorziet van diverse technische opleidingen.

Jouw nieuwe functie In deze job als technical trainer werk je in het trainingscentrum dat de firma opgericht heeft. Je staat in voor het ontwikkelen, voorbereiden en geven van technische opleidingen, zowel aan interne collega's als externe klanten. De trainingen gaan over verschillende vakgebieden zoals elektriciteit/elektronica, hydraulica, motoren en combineren theorie met praktijk. Als je eenmaal ingewerkt bent, sta je in voor het opstellen van nieuwe trainingen, voorzien van de documentatie en het zelfstandig geven aan groepen. Op termijn kunnen er (korte) verplaatsingen naar buitenlandse klanten bijkomen..

Jouw profiel Hays Engineering zoekt voor deze job als technisch trainer een technische kandidaat (bachelor niveau). Kennis van o.a. hydraulica, elektriciteit of mechanica is een pluspunt, je bent alleszins een generalist die van vele markten thuis is. Heb je nog geen ervaring met trainingen geven aan grote groepen, is dit geen probleem. Goede communicatieve skills hebben om op een verstaanbare en boeiende manier theorie toe te lichten is wel een must. Je voelt je comfortabel om trainingen te geven in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans (ook al is het misschien niet perfect).
