Wir verstärken unser engagiertes Facility Management Team in Wien (AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) um eine Front Office & Facility Management Support (m/w/d) im Ausmaß von 25h pro Woche.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Besucherempfang und Gästebetreuung
  • Telefonmanagement auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Office Management, wie z.B. Postannahme, Postversand, Daten- und Dokumentenpflege, Ablage, Koordinierung von gemeldeten Störungen
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Teams
  • Unterstützung bei kleineren Umbauten; Möbel sowie Bodendosen versetzen
  • Kaffeemaschinenpflege
  • Raumbuchungen
  • Arbeitszeit ist Montag bis Freitag 8:00 bis 13:00 Uhr

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Interesse an IT-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2 bis C1)
  • Service-Orientierung sowie freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten
  • Diskretion und Sorgfältigkeit
  • Teamplayer mit Hands-On Mentalität
