Our product range extends from fruit preparations, for example for yogurts, fruit juice concentrates, starch for food and technical applications or bioethanol as a sustainable, environmentally friendly fuel, and sugar in many varieties. Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Du führst und entwickelst das zugeordnete Arbeiter- und Angestelltenteam fachlich und disziplinär weiter
  • Du koordinierst die Rohstoffentladung sowie die Verladung von Futtermitteln und Bioethanol per LKW, Bahn und Schiff
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit Rohstoffeinkauf und Produktion die bedarfsgerechte Rohstoffversorgung unserer Produktionsanlagen sicher
  • Du steuerst die personellen und technischen Ressourcen in deinem Verantwortungsbereich entsprechend den aktuellen betrieblichen Anforderungen
  • Du verantwortest die administrative Abwicklung und Überwachung der Outbound-Lieferungen einschließlich Transportreklamationen
  • Du koordinierst Lohnbearbeitungen für unsere Futter- und Düngemittelprodukte sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Außenlägern und externen Logistikpartnern
  • Du stellst eine durchgängige und korrekte Abbildung der Prozesse und Mengen in SAP sicher
  • Du trägst die Betreiberverantwortung für die zugeordneten Entlade-, Lager- und Verladeanlagen und koordinierst notwendige Wartungs- und Reparaturmaßnahmen

Deine aussagekräftigen Stärken:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder logistische Ausbildung bzw. berufsbildende höhere Schule (HAK, HTL, Lehre o. Ä.)
  • Du bringst mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Versand, Lager und/oder Logistik mit
  • Du hast fundiertes technisches Verständnis für logistische Anlagen, Verladeeinrichtungen sowie deren Betrieb
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Freude an der Förderung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute EDV‑Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP-/ERP-Erfahrung sowie sehr gute Deutsch‑ und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du bist durchsetzungsstark, hast eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, bist verantwortungsbewusst sowie flexibel und stressresistent
