A Agro-Sol Sementes é uma empresa fundada em Campo Verde – MT há mais de 20 anos, que, baseada em QUALIDADE, CREDIBILIDADE e INOVAÇÃO, tem crescido continuamente, fornecendo sementes de soja para todo o Cerrado brasileiro e estados vizinhos como Rondônia e Pará. Em 2016, formou uma Joint Venture com a InVivo, o maior grupo de cooperativas agrícolas da França, integrando modelos europeus de gestão e padrões internacionais.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atuar na carteira de contas a receber a vista e a prazo, junto com setor de vendas. Agir nas ações de cobrança de acordo com a Política de Crédito e Cobrança. Conciliar recebimentos com Financeiro, emitir previsões de recebimentos confirmando pagamento com os clientes. Atuar no recebimento via Boletos, Dinheiro, Cessão de crédito.
  • Fazer análise de crédito, avaliando índices financeiros, econômicos, social, mercado e ESG da carteira;
  • Confeccionar garantias (CPR, Endosso, AF, etc) acordadas na aprovação do crédito, analisar, validar, atuar nas etapas até a finalização do registro e baixa, após a quitação da conta;
  • Analisar laudos de monitoramento de lavoura. Identificar informações peculiares quanto ao cliente, lavoura/região e risco de recebimento, agindo para decisão e resolução rápida.
  • Orientar e treinar time comercial relativo aos processos e politica de crédito, garantir plena execução;
  • Desenvolver controles por meio de planilhas automatizadas, Dashboard para consolidação de dados e índices gerenciais;

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior Administração; Ciências Contábeis; Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em análise e interpretação de riscos (Tarken) no agronegócio;
  • Pacote office e Power BI intermediário;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
