A Agro-Sol Sementes é uma empresa fundada em Campo Verde – MT há mais de 20 anos. Com foco em QUALIDADE, CREDIBILIDADE e INOVAÇÃO, a Agro-Sol tem crescido a cada ano, fornecendo sementes de soja principalmente para o Cerrado brasileiro e estados vizinhos como Rondônia e Pará.

O Analista de FP&A será responsável por fornecer análises financeiras detalhadas que suportem a tomada de decisões estratégicas da empresa. O profissional irá atuar na elaboração de relatórios de desempenho e na previsão de resultados financeiros, contribuindo para o planejamento e a avaliação dos objetivos da Agro-Sol Sementes. A função é crucial para garantir que a empresa continue a crescer de forma sustentável e alinhada às melhores práticas de gestão.

Responsabilidades:

  • Participar da elaboração e acompanhamento do orçamento anual, dos forecasts semestrais e das revisões mensais de landing, contemplando elaboração de arquivos de suporte, upload de dados no sistema de reporting, elaboração de apresentações, e realização/condução de reuniões.
  • Fazer acompanhamento e manutenção do fluxo de caixa projetado, em conjunto com a área de finanças. A análise e o reporting/apresentação semanal dos resultados e das projeções também fazem parte da atividade.
  • Analisar os resultados mensais, incluindo DRE, Balanço Patrimonial e Fluxo de Caixa. Elaborar a apresentação mensal de resultados e divulgar o material para a diretoria e para os shareholders.
  • Incluir resultados mensais no sistema de reporting da empresa (SAP BFC), bem como inclusão de movimentações e saldos intercompany no sistema de consolidação SIGMA.
  • Prestar suporte às atividades de precificação, aos estudos de viabilidade financeira, à elaboração do plano de negócio, a decisões estratégicas da área de controladoria e às demais que possuam natureza similar.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharias ou áreas afins;;
  • Experiência com planejamento financeiro, orçamento (Budget), Forecast e fluxo de caixa.
  • Experiência no agronegócio será considerada um diferencial;
  • Pacote Office avançado.
