Для нашого клієнта шукаємо Маркетолога / Digital Marketing Specialist. 

Наш клієт одна з найбільших українських IT-аутсорсингових компаній із понад 30-річним досвідом роботи на ринку.Компанія надає повний цикл послуг від проєктування до підтримки програмних рішень і працює з клієнтами різних масштабів: від стартапів до великих міжнародних корпорацій.

Про позицію:

Маркетингова позиція з фокусом на цифрові канали просування. Ви працюватимете з актуальними інструментами SEO, SEM, SMM, email. Це ідеальна можливість для тих, хто хоче впливати на зростання бізнесу через маркетинг, експериментувати з новими підходами й інструментами та бачити результати своєї роботи.

Ідеальний кандидат має:

  • 3+ роки досвіду у сфері маркетингу, digital або продуктового маркетингу;
  • Досвід у SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing;
  • Аналітичне мислення та увагу до деталей;
  • Вміння шукати, структурувати й аналізувати дані для виявлення можливостей;
  • Відмінні навички письмової та усної комунікації;
  • Здатність вести кілька задач одночасно та дотримуватись дедлайнів;
  • Креативність, ініціативність і генерація нових ідей;
  • Досвід у командній і самостійній роботі;
  • Досвід у проведенні маркетингових досліджень;
  • Вміння користуватись AI-інструментами у щоденній роботі.

Буде перевагою:

  • Додаткова освіта або курси у сфері маркетингу чи аналітики.

Що ви будете робити:

  • Аналізувати ринкові тренди, конкурентів і ЦА для пошуку нових можливостей;
  • Упроваджувати маркетингові стратегії та тактики;
  • Створювати контент: сервісні сторінки, лід-магніти, кейси, презентації тощо;
  • Планувати та запускати маркетингові кампанії, аналізувати результати та готувати звіти;
  • Тестувати гіпотези для залучення нових лідів;
  • Співпрацювати з відділом продажу над спільними ініціативами;
  • Розвивати бренд компанії;
  • Готуватись до участі у вебінарах, конференціях, виставках.
