Ми AIDA, пошуковик працівників на базі рекрутингових технологій. Для нашого клієнта шукаємо Middle Business Analyst.

Це довготривала непроєктна позиція в команді з можливістю брати участь у різних цікавих проєктах. Домен уточнюється на фінальній співбесіді. Робота віддалена з України, із можливістю релокації до Будапешта або короткотермінових відряджень. 

Ідеальний кандидат:

  • Має від 2 років досвіду на позиції бізнес-аналітика або інженера вимог в ІТ
  • Володіє англійською мовою на рівні B2+
  • Добре знає техніки бізнес-аналізу згідно з BABOK v3
  • Знає SDLC, Agile/Waterfall
  • Має досвід роботи з BPMN, UML
  • Розуміє принципи UI/UX, має досвід створення вайрфреймів (Figma, Adobe XD, Axure)
  • Має базове розуміння API, мережевих протоколів, клієнт-серверної архітектури, мобільних платформ
  • Працював у розподілених та міжнародних командах

Що ви будете робити:

  • Перетворювати бізнес-ідеї на чіткі вимоги
  • Збирати та аналізувати функціональні й нефункціональні вимоги
  • Готувати специфікації, Use Case Scenarios, User Stories
  • Моделювати процеси в UML / BPMN
  • Співпрацювати з UI/UX-дизайнерами для створення вайрфреймів
  • Бути мостом між бізнесом і технічною командою
  • Підтримувати команду спільно з Project/Product Manager-ами

Умови:

  • Формат: повністю віддалено по Україні
  • Графік роботи: 10:00-19:00 за Київським часом (перерва 14:00-15:00)
  • Контракт: B2B (ФОП 3 група)
  • Ставка: 1500-2500 USD Gross
  • Можливість релокації до Будапешта

Процес відбору:

  • 1 або 2 співбесіди: Перша з рекрутером Друга технічна / або комбінована 1,5 год Додаткова зустріч з Тім Лідом (про команду і проєкти)
  • Тестового завдання немає, інколи може бути усне запитання англійською
