  • Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevX, Platform Engineering, SDET, and product teams.
  • Execute non-functional testing, including load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability testing.
  • Analyze application logs, metrics, and observability data to identify performance bottlenecks and system degradations.
  • Establish and maintain performance baselines for both microservices and legacy applications to enable long-term benchmarking.
  • Investigate production-like issues and customer-reported performance problems, performing root cause analysis across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize application architecture, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Document testing results, trends, performance improvements, and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing for cloud-native, microservices-based SaaS applications.
  • Strong experience with performance testing tools such as k6, Gatling, Locust, or JMeter.
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring platforms, including Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, and EKS.
  • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in Python (or similar scripting languages) for automation, performance analysis, and tooling.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in root cause analysis, statistical evaluation, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams in remote-first environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Czech language skills are considered an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
