Job Description
We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community, Anson at the Lakes, in Charlotte, NC.

What You Will Do
- Complete apartment turns to deliver an excellent move-in experience for new residents.
- Respond to resident service requests and perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and other building systems.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
- Perform preventative maintenance to maintain the appearance, safety, and operation of the community.
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed.
- Help maintain organized shops, tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Support vendor projects and help ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.

What You Have
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, facilities, hotel, or commercial property maintenance.
- Proficient skills in at least two technical trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or carpentry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on call.
- Ability to safely lift and move tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.

What You Need to Know
