- Expected hourly rate of $22.00- $23.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.

What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and teammates
- Complete apartment turns that create an exceptional move-in experience
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
- Complete service requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Perform preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance and functionality of the community
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
- Support vendor partners and help maintain quality standards
- May provide guidance and technical support to fellow maintenance team members
- Participate in a shared rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs and support residents when urgent issues arise.
Qualifications

What You Have
- At least 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily housing, facilities maintenance, commercial properties, hospitality, military facilities, or related environments
- Hands-on experience in at least two skilled trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, or general building maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support community needs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and seasonal schedules as needed
- Reliable transportation to respond to emergency service requests while on-call
- Ability to safely perform physical work and move equipment, tools, and materials as required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

What You Need to Know
