Descripción: ejecutar el diagnóstico, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, de control e instrumentación asociados a la flota LB y a sus equipos de transferencia de productos criogénicos, con el fin de contribuir a su disponibilidad, confiabilidad y operación segura, cumpliendo los procedimientos técnicos, los requisitos de seguridad y las políticas establecidas por la compañía.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar los planes de mantenimiento de los sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos de la flota LB y de los equipos de transferencia de productos criogénicos.
  • Diagnosticar y corregir fallos en motores, circuitos de potencia y control, tableros, protecciones, arrancadores suaves y variadores de frecuencia de bombas criogénicas.
  • Inspeccionar, desmontar, reparar, ensamblar y probar bombas centrífugas (rodamientos, sellos, ejes, impulsores y acoplamientos).
  • Examinar y mantener según procedimientos, especificaciones técnicas y alcance autorizado.
  • Verificar tensión, corriente, continuidad y aislamiento, y diagnosticar sensores de presión, temperatura, nivel y caudal.
  • Calibrar o verificar flujómetros e interpretar planos eléctricos, diagramas de control, esquemas unifilares y manuales.
  • Apoyar pruebas funcionales y puesta en marcha, aplicar LOTO y cumplir los requisitos de Salud, Seguridad, Medio Ambiente y Calidad.
  • Documentar actividades, hallazgos y repuestos, informar necesidades de insumos y participar en análisis de causa raíz.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: estudios Técnicos o Tecnólogos en Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Electricidad Industrial, Mecánica Industrial o áreas afines.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en mantenimiento electromecánico industrial, preferiblemente en flotas, bombas, sistemas de transferencia, equipos rotativos, instrumentación o instalaciones industriales.
  • Conocimientos en:
  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo electromecánico.
  • Motores eléctricos, variadores de frecuencia y arrancadores suaves.
  • Circuitos eléctricos de potencia y control.
  • Tableros eléctricos, contactores, relés, interruptores y dispositivos de protección.
  • Lectura e interpretación de planos, diagramas eléctricos y manuales técnicos.
  • Bombas centrífugas, rodamientos, sellos, ejes, impulsores y acoplamientos.
  • Instrumentos de medición eléctrica e instrumentación básica de presión, temperatura, nivel y caudal, incluida su calibración y verificación funcional.
  • Identificación y diagnóstico de fallos, y análisis básico de causa raíz.
  • Procedimientos de bloqueo y etiquetado de energías, y seguridad en intervenciones eléctricas, mecánicas y criogénicas.
