Zur Unterstützung von Facility Management Services / KONS13 sucht Airbus Aerostructures am Standort Nordenham einen Koordinator Flächenmanagement & FM Services (d/m/w).

Der Standort Nordenham bildet mit rund 4000 Beschäftigten das Zentrum für den Schalen- und Sektionsbau sowie die Großblechfertigung der Airbus Aerostructures GmbH. Im Bereich der integrierten Schalenfertigung zählt Nordenham zu den weltweit modernsten Produktionsstandorten. Automatisierte und hochinnovative Fertigungstechnologien ermöglichen am Standort Nordenham den Bau von Komponenten für modernste Flugzeuge. Rund 5.000 Rumpfschalen und vollständig montierte Rumpfsektionen für fast alle Flugzeuge der Airbus-Familie verlassen jährlich das Werk Nordenham. Technologische Schwerpunkte am Standort Nordenham bilden die Profilfertigung, das Streckziehen von großflächigen Metallstrukturen, das Metallkleben sowie die Herstellung und Montage von Kohlenstofffaserbauteilen.

Dein Arbeitsort direkt an der Weser

Du arbeitest in Nordenham zwischen Wattenmeer und Unterweser, geprägt durch landschaftliche Idylle und kilometerweiter Sicht bis zum Horizont. Für Großstadtfeeling sind Bremerhaven, Bremen und Oldenburg im pendelbaren Umkreis.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Koordination von Dienstleistungen des infrastrukturellen Facility Managements; dazu gehören insbesondere:das Flächenmanagement (Umzugs-/Transportdienstleistungen sowie die zugehörige Flächenplanung in den CAD/Verwaltungssystemen) das Büroraummanagement (inkl. Beschaffungsvorgänge für Office- und Sozialraumausstattung) sowie weitere Umfänge aus den Bereichen Fuhrpark- und Ladeinfrastruktur, Verpflegungsmanagement und Unterhaltsreinigung
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Controlling der relevanten Budgets für die zugewiesenen Dienstleistungen
  • Durchführung des Auftragsmanagements für die Dienstleistungen bestehend aus der Lieferantenauswahl, der Angebotseinholung, der technischen Klärung sowie der Rechnungskontrolle und Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Bereitstellung von transparentem Reporting und Berücksichtigung von Kunden-Feedback und Anwendung digitaler Tools (Paledo u.a.)
  • Durchführung des Flächenmanagements in Abstimmung mit der Gebäudeplanung und dem Gebäudebetrieb inkl. der Bereitstellung von Raumbüchern sowie Standard- und Sonderplänen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Büroraumstandards
  • Mitarbeit in den Infrastrukturprojekten des Facility Managements (Teilnahme in Projektrunden, Vertretung des Bereichs FM-Services in der Projektdefinition und Projektübergabe)
  • Mitarbeit in Verbesserungsprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Harmonisierung von Prozessen und Tools im Bereich Facility Management Services
  • Wahrnehmung der Fremdfirmenkoordination für die zugewiesenen Dienstleister

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Techniker(in), Meister(in), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Kosten- und Budgetmanagement
  • Kennnisse in SAP, Paledo und Datenbanken
  • erste Erfahrung in CAD-Verwaltungssystemen (Microstation o.ä.) wünschenswert
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an standortübergreifenden MFT-Arbeitsgruppen
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Serviceorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
