Werkstudenten (d/m/w) im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit & CSR

Du bist Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w), auf der Suche nach einer Werkstudentenstelle und möchtest die Arbeit eines Nachhaltigkeitsmanagers kennenlernen? Dann bewirb dich jetzt! Bei uns erhältst du ein tarifliches Entgelt je nach Tätigkeit von mindestens 19,10 € pro Stunde. Hinzu kommen Sonderzahlungen wie beispielsweise Urlaubsgeld.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Du unterstützt uns dabei, unsere ESG-Ziele (Umwelt, Soziales, Governance) aktiv umzusetzen, Stakeholder einzubinden und die Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie transparent zu kommunizieren.

  • CSR & Stakeholder-Management: Du hilfst dabei, eine Kultur der ökologischen sowie sozialen Verantwortung im Unternehmen zu stärken und inspirierenden Content für interne und externe Stakeholder zu gestalten.
  • Projekte & Präsentationen: Du erstellst überzeugende Projekt- und Unternehmenspräsentationen und unterstützt bei der Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie internationalen Teams.
  • Trends & Branchenrecherche: Du recherchierst aktuelle Entwicklungen im CSR- und Nachhaltigkeitsbereich der Luftfahrtbranche und analysierst deren Auswirkungen auf Airbus in Deutschland.
  • Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung: Du wirkst bei der Datenerhebung mit und begleitest den Prozess der externen Prüfung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsberichte.
  • EU- & Förderprojekte (Funding): Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Fördermöglichkeiten für Nachhaltigkeitsprojekte in Deutschland und der EU und stehst im Austausch mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen.
  • Umwelt & Eco-Design: Du unterstützt bei der Analyse von Lebenszyklus-Perspektiven und Umweltleistungen unserer Produkte und Technologien.
  • Eigenverantwortung: Du übernimmst von Anfang an eigene Teilprojekte und Aufgabenpakete.

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

● Eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, CSR, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit ESG-Fokus oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang

  • Fachkenntnisse / FächerKommunikationskompetenzen Grundkenntnisse in Corporate Social Responsibility, ESG-Kriterien, Nachhaltigkeitsstandards oder der relevanten Gesetzgebung Projektmanagement
  • ToolkenntnisseGoogle Workspace
  • SprachenDeutsch: verhandlungssicher (Wort und Schrift) Englisch: fließend (Wort und Schrift)
  • ggf. weitere, relevante AnforderungenMindset: Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Offenheit für neue Perspektiven
