Bei VitalAire bist Du mehr als nur ein Außendienstmitarbeiter – Du bist ein Carefluencer. Du trägst im Großraum Villingen-Schwenningen durch Deine Arbeit direkt zur Verbesserung der Lebensqualität chronisch kranker Patienten bei und bist ein unverzichtbares Bindeglied im Gesundheitswesen.

  • Vertrauen schaffen und begleiten: Du baust langfristige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu verordnendem ärztlichem und pflegendem Personal, Kostenträgern und unseren Patientinnen und Patienten auf.
  • Verantwortung und Gestaltung: Du agierst als Unternehmer in Deinem Gebiet. Du trägst Budget- und Umsatzverantwortung und optimierst aktiv den Produktmix. Du analysierst Dein Verkaufsgebiet gezielt, um Versorgungslücken zu schließen und Wachstum zu generieren.
  • Experte für Medizinprodukte: Du erfüllst alle gesetzlichen Pflichten und Aufgaben als Medizinproduktberater gewissenhaft und sorgst damit für Rechtssicherheit und höchste Versorgungsqualität.
  • Fachliche Einweisung und Sicherheit: Du übernimmst die Vorstellung, Einweisung und Auslieferung unserer lebenswichtigen medizinisch-technischen Geräte und des Zubehörs. Damit stellst Du die sichere und erfolgreiche Anwendung der Heimtherapie sicher.
  • Netzwerken und Koordination: Du stimmst Dich eng mit Deinen Kollegen im Innen- und Außendienst ab, bearbeitest Angebote und Aufträge und optimierst die Lagerhaltung (eigenes Lager und Kundenlager).
  • Präsenz zeigen: Du vertrittst VitalAire aktiv bei Messen und Veranstaltungen und unterstützt die Betreuung der regionalen Selbsthilfegruppen

  • Fundierte Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem medizinischen oder technischen Bereich (z.B. Krankenpflege, Rettungssanitäter, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar) und verfügst über die notwendige Qualifikation als Medizinproduktberater (oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu erwerben).
  • Erfahrung im Außendienst: Du hast bereits erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Außendienst gesammelt und weißt, wie Du ein Verkaufsgebiet selbstständig und strukturiert betreust und wachsen lässt.
  • Produkt- und Marktkenntnis: Du kennst die relevanten Artikel und Produkte in unserem Segment und bist mit den Marktgegebenheiten und dem Wettbewerb in der Region vertraut.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst Beziehungen zu verschiedenen Zielgruppen (Ärzte, Pfleger, Patienten, Kostenträger) aufbauen, pflegen und bist erfahren in der Betreuung von Selbsthilfegruppen (wünschenswert).
  • Organisation und Flexibilität: Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse 3, bist reisebereit in Deinem Verkaufsgebiet und nutzt moderne Tools wie Google Workspace für eine effiziente Routen- und Auftragsplanung.
  • Berichterstattung und Zusammenarbeit: Du bist routiniert in der Berichtserstattung an die Gebietsverkaufsleitung (GVL) und beherrschst die Koordination mit internen Schnittstellen
