Air Liquide France Industrie est la filiale du groupe Air Liquide spécialisée dans la production et la fourniture de gaz industriels (oxygène, azote, hydrogène, etc.), de services et de solutions technologiques pour l'ensemble du secteur industriel et des artisans en France. Nous recherchons une /un stagiaire pour 6 mois.

Au sein de la structure « Industrial Operations Backbone » de SWE — couvrant l'ensemble des lignes de métier (BL) et des entités du cluster — le département « Performance industrielle » est responsable du suivi et de l'amélioration de la performance.

Les équipes en charge définissent et suivent les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) opérationnels ; elles réalisent également diverses analyses pour rétablir la performance en cas d'écart par rapport aux objectifs. À ce titre, l'analyse des KPI est fondamentale.

MISSIONS

Cette mission permettra à l'équipe « performance » de mieux identifier les leviers de la performance opérationnelle ayant le plus fort impact sur le compte de résultat (P&L). L'objectif est de piloter plus efficacement la réduction des coûts liés aux inefficacités, tout en dégageant des gains de productivité pour atteindre les objectifs du plan stratégique.

La mission consiste, pour l'ensemble des indicateurs clés définis par GID et SWE, à évaluer le lien entre la variation d'un KPI donné et son impact (positif ou négatif) sur le compte de résultat (P&L), en quantifiant cet impact en euros.

Cette mission englobe toutes les activités (PP, OS, E2E, PG, EIM, Bulk, EL, Medgas). Elle exige que le/la stagiaire agisse comme un trait d'union entre les opérations et la finance, fasse preuve d'une approche proactive et manifeste un réel intérêt pour ces deux domaines.

Livrable : une database associant, pour une sélection d'indicateurs opérationnels majeurs (définis par GID et/ou SWE), l'impact financier (en euros) des écarts constatés.

Elle devra être élaborée en concertation avec les parties prenantes concernées et faire l'objet de leur validation.
