La fonction Achats constitue l'un des leviers fondamentaux de la performance et de la création de valeur du Groupe. Afin de maximiser son impact stratégique, la direction Europe Procurement a initié une transformation systémique de sa culture, de son modèle organisationnel, de ses processus et de ses outils. Récemment, le déploiement de rapports Power BI et de nouveaux outils digitaux ont marqué un tournant décisif, nous permettant d'évoluer vers un pilotage plus orienté par la donnée. L'enjeu actuel est d'exploiter le plein potentiel de ce capital data. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Business Analyst dont la mission sera de valoriser ces données, d'en extraire des éléments stratégiques et de les traduire en plans d'action concrets d'amélioration continue.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Rattaché(e) au Europe Procurement Process Improvement Manager, vous agissez comme un consultant interne pour transformer et optimiser nos processus d'achats (Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay) à l'échelle européenne. Dans un contexte de digitalisation forte et en lien avec nos centres de services partagés , vous aurez un rôle clé pour faire parler les données, concevoir des solutions innovantes et piloter le changement auprès des équipes achats.

Au cours de votre stage, les missions qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes :

  • Data Intelligence & Business Analysis (coeur de la mission)Extraire les données issues de nos rapports Power BI pour comprendre le contexte sur des sujets tels que l’utilisation de nos fournisseurs stratégiques, le nombre d'appels d'offres ou encore la couverture contractuelle de nos dépenses. Analyser et interpréter les données pour identifier les opportunités d'optimisation et de développement. Construire et restituer des rapports d’analyse compréhensible en formulant des recommandations basées sur vos analyses.
  • Conduite du changement & ImplémentationContribuer au déploiement opérationnel des plans d'amélioration continue à travers la création de supports, d'outils digitaux ou de formation. Mesurer le succès des implémentations et ajuster la stratégie si nécessaire.
  • Amélioration des processusParticiper à la conception des processus "cibles", en intégrant les nouvelles technologies (automatisation, opportunités liées à l'Intelligence Artificielle).

Niveau d’études souhaité: Étudiant en École d'Ingénieur ou en École de Commerce ou équivalent en université

Niveau en français: Courant

Niveau en Anglais: Courant
