• Plan and prioritize integration, assembly, maintenance, and field activities.

• Lead hands-on integration of multidisciplinary systems across mechanical, electrical, electronic, communication, and software domains.

• Build and prepare systems, prototypes, tools, fixtures, harnesses, and test setups.

• Lead troubleshooting, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis.

• Own system maintenance, configuration, firmware, and technical readiness.

• Ensure systems achieve Ready for Test status for laboratory and field activities.

• Support field trials, testing, demonstrations, and on-site troubleshooting.

• Work closely with System, Mechanical, Electronics, Software, Firmware, QA, Testing, and Production teams.

• Develop team capabilities, work methods, and technical documentation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
