🔍 ¡Estamos buscando un Ingeniero/a de Caminos con experiencia en proyectos de ingeniería del agua, especialmente en el ámbito de las presas y grandes obras hidráulicas, con capacidad para liderar equipos como Jefe/a de Proyecto para nuestra oficina en Madrid!

¿Qué harás?

  • 📑 Te encargarás de la redacción de informes técnicos y documentación de proyectos hidráulicos juntamente con el resto del equipo asignado a cada proyecto.
  • 🏗 Liderarás y gestionarás equipos multidisciplinares para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos en tiempo, coste y calidad.
  • 📝 Serás el responsable de la planificación, coordinación y supervisión de proyectos de ingeniería del agua, especialmente de infraestructuras hidráulicas como presas.
  • 📊 Te encargarás de la gestión de costes, control de plazos y relación con clientes y proveedores.
  • 💡 Participarás en la gestión de riesgos y oportunidades, garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad y calidad.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • 🎓 Ingeniero/a de Caminos, Canales y Puertos o Ingeniero/a Civil con máster habilitante con al menos 15 años de experiencia en proyectos de infraestructuras hidráulicas, así como experiencia liderando equipos como Jefe/a de Proyecto.
  • 💻 Manejo avanzado de modelos numéricos hidrológicos o hidráulicos, así como otro software especializado.
  • 🌍 Se valorará experiencia internacional.
  • 🎯 Máster o formación complementaria relacionada con la especialidad será un plus.
  • 🧠 Habilidades para la gestión de equipos, planificación estratégica y toma de decisiones en proyectos complejos.
