Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/a profesional habilitado/a para ejercer como Director/a de Obra (Arquitecto/a, Arquitecto/a Técnico/a, Aparejador/a, Ingeniero/a de la Edificación o titulación equivalente) con experiencia contrastada en direcciones de obras de reforma, adecuación o mejora de equipamientos. La persona seleccionada dirigirá y coordinará la ejecución de obra, velará por el cumplimiento del proyecto, normativa, plazos y calidad, y mantendrá la relación con clientes, contratistas y equipos multidisciplinares. Se requiere disponibilidad para desplazamientos por toda Catalunya.

Requisitos imprescindibles:

  • Titulación habilitante para la prestación de servicios como Director/a de Obra: Arquitecto/a, Arquitecto/a Técnico/a, Aparejador/a, Ingeniero/a de la Edificación o titulación equivalente.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en direcciones de obra de reforma, adecuación o mejora de todo tipo de equipamientos.
  • Experiencia en proyectos con presupuesto mínimo por obra de 900.000,00 €.
  • Mínimo 7 actuaciones/proyectos realizados y demostrables.
  • Documentación acreditativa de la experiencia (certificados de buena ejecución, actas de recepción, contratos, informes, memorias, etc.).
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por toda Catalunya.
  • Jornada: 15-18 (indicar disponibilidad).
  • Conocimientos demostrables de la herramienta TCQ.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Dirección de obra conforme a proyecto y normativa vigente.
  • Coordinación técnica y operativa con contratistas, facultativos y cliente.
  • Control económico de obra: mediciones, certificaciones y control de costes (uso de TCQ cuando proceda).
  • Supervisión de calidad, seguridad en obra y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Redacción de informes, actas, partes de obra y documentación para recepciones y liquidaciones.
  • Propuesta y seguimiento de soluciones técnicas e incidencias en obra.

Valorable:

  • Experiencia específica en proyectos en el ámbito educativo.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos y subcontratistas en obras de gran envergadura.
