¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar y coordinar un equipo de ingenieros mecánicos (incluye sedes internacionales y proveedores externos).
  • Definir conceptos y liderar el diseño conceptual y general; delegar modelado 3D/2D.
  • Seleccionar componentes y asegurar la viabilidad técnica y de compra.
  • Implantar estándares, plantillas y procedimientos de diseño.
  • Mantener relación técnica con clientes y apoyar en ofertas y presupuestos.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica o similar (Máster o certificaciones valoradas).
  • +7 años en diseño mecánico; +5 años liderando equipos multiculturales.
  • 🌍 Experiencia trabajando con equipos internacionales (India valorable).
  • ✈️ Disponibilidad para viajar; pasaporte/visa.
  • 🇬🇧 Inglés fluido hablado y escrito.

Conocimientos clave

  • Procesos de fabricación (mecanizado, tratamientos, acabados).
  • Solid Edge / SolidWorks / DraftSight / AutoCAD.
  • Diseño para fabricación, tolerancias, FMEA, método de elementos finitos.
  • Neumática/hidráulica, EPLAN, SAP, Excel avanzado.
  • Green Belt 6Sigma y normativa de máquinas — plus.
