Deine Aufgaben

  • Du konzipierst, programmierst und nimmst die Steuerungs- und Automatisierungstechnik unserer hochpräzisen Sondermaschinen in Betrieb.
  • Du integrierst moderne Technologien wie SPS, Motion Control, Robotik, Sensorik und industrielle Bildverarbeitung in unsere Anlagen.
  • Du führst die Inbetriebnahme im Haus und beim Kunden durch, erstellst Funktionstests und optimierst bestehende Automatisierungslösungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit Konstruktion, Software und Projektmanagement entwickelst du innovative Automatisierungskonzepte für anspruchsvolle High-Tech-Anwendungen.
  • Du analysierst Fehler, entwickelst technische Standards weiter und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Maschinen und Prozesse bei.
  • Du konfigurierst, programmierst und testest HMI-Benutzeroberflächen und optimierst deren Bedienbarkeit und Funktionalität

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Alternativ bist du Techniker mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik mit und verfügst über Kenntnisse in der SPS-Programmierung, idealerweise mit Beckhoff TwinCAT , CODESYS oder Siemens TIA Portal.
  • Technische Herausforderungen gehst du strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und mit einer ausgeprägten Hands-on-Mentalität an.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Berührungspunkte mit Robotik, Motion Control, Vision-Systemen oder dem Sondermaschinenbau.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
