Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den Einkauf von Komponenten, Baugruppen, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Dienstleistungen – sowohl für unsere hochpräzisen Sondermaschinen als auch für den laufenden Betrieb.
  • Du identifizierst, qualifizierst und entwickelst Lieferanten weiter und baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf.
  • Von der Angebotseinholung über Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen bis zur Vergabe steuerst du den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess eigenverantwortlich.
  • Gemeinsam mit Konstruktion, Projektmanagement und Fertigung stellst du die optimale Versorgung unserer Projekte sicher.
  • Du analysierst Beschaffungsmärkte, identifizierst Einsparpotenziale und entwickelst unsere Einkaufsprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du die Geschäftsführung operativ im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst diverse administrative und organisatorische Verwaltungstätigkeiten.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder ein Studium mit technischem bzw. betriebswirtschaftlichem Bezug. Quereinsteiger:innen mit passender Berufserfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen.
  • Du bringst erste Erfahrung im technischen und/oder strategischen Einkauf mit, idealerweise im Maschinen-, Anlagen- oder Sondermaschinenbau.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und zuverlässig, behältst auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick und packst gerne mit an.
  • Ein echtes Plus: Technische Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und komplexe Anforderungen kannst du sicher einordnen und bewerten.
  • Du überzeugst durch Verhandlungsgeschick, Kostenbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen runden dein Profil ab.
