​Impulsar las ventas consultivas de soluciones tecnológicas, alineadas a procesos estratégicos del cliente, con foco en innovación, generación de valor y expansión comercial.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Detectar y evaluar oportunidades con clientes potenciales para expandir la base comercial.
  • Atender procesos de licitaciones, elaborando propuestas competitivas y alineadas a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes actuales y potenciales para maximizar el Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  • Lograr cierres de ventas asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos mensuales y trimestrales.
  • Brindar soporte y seguimiento postventa para asegurar satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Alimentar y dar seguimiento constante al pipeline de ventas para convertir prospectos en oportunidades reales.
  • Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la viabilidad operativa de las propuestas.

Responsabilidades clave

  • +2 años en ventas consultivas (preferiblemente B2B o tecnología).
  • Dominio del ciclo completo de ventas (prospección, negociación y cierre).
  • Comunicación efectiva, análisis, negociación e inteligencia emocional.
  • Orientación a resultados y visión estratégica de largo plazo.
  • Conocimiento del mercado panameño (excluyente).
  • Deseable: experiencia en licitaciones o ventas institucionales.tectar y evaluar oportunidades con clientes potenciales para expandir la base comercial.
