​En AK Digital buscamos un Project Manager que quiera transformar organizaciones a través de la tecnología, mejorando procesos y generando valor real para los clientes en toda Centroamérica.

Tu propósito:

​Liderar y ejecutar proyectos de transformación tecnológica para clientes en Centroamérica, asegurando la entrega exitosa de soluciones que impulsen la digitalización y modernización de sus operaciones empresariales alineada a la visión metodológica de AK Digital.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Dirigir proyectos desde la planificación hasta la implementación.
  • Ser el principal enlace con el cliente, gestionando sus expectativas y construyendo relaciones de confianza a largo plazo.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios técnicos y funcionales.
  • Mitigar riesgos y asegurar la calidad de los entregables.
  • Mejorar constantemente procesos y metodologías aplicadas.
  • Diseñar soluciones con impacto que respondan a necesidades reales del negocio.

¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?

  • +5 años de experiencia liderando proyectos tecnológicos o de transformación digital.
  • Experiencia implementando soluciones empresariales como ERP, CRM, BI, etc.
  • Certificación en al menos una metodología de gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
  • Conocimiento práctico de herramientas como Jira, Asana, Trello o MS Project.
  • Experiencia en al menos 2 metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágiles o tradicionales).
  • Formación en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Deseable: Conocimiento del mercado centroamericano y visión estratégica del negocio.
